director's biography
A prolific writer/director, Maidoff’s films have not only won awards at film festivals
around the world, but have also been shown at the Guggenheim Museum
and the Museum of Modern Art to appreciative audiences. Maidoff has an MFA in
Screenwriting from UCLA, and she currently teaches filmmaking at the University
of Redlands and at S.A.C.I. in Florence, Italy. She lives in Venice, California
where she continues to produce work that pushes narrative into the experimental realm.
